The Chopped Guyro Laghman relying on freshly pulled noodles provided an enviable texture. I chose chopped meat which was caramelized but still tender. It was deeply aromatic with a blend of spices (not hot) that left a satisfying punch. The Gan Bian Soman had pulled noodles fried but the tender bouncy chew was not lost. The sauces, spices and sesame seeds wrapped the vegetables into an elegant presentation. The subtle variations of these classic entrees from the largest province are inevitable and delightful. The menu may be limited but each entree is a classic.

I was running an errand and was feeling hungry and found this gem! I had such a wonderful experience at Babahan Uyghur Cafe. Everything was incredible from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious… oh my the soup and Kababs were amazing! Their food is clearly made with so much care and love. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. Uyghur cuisine is so unique! I’m especially happy I went with my server’s recommendation to try the traditional tea it was so good and comforting on this cold and rainy day. This is truly a beautiful mom and pop restaurant, and you can feel the heart behind it. Everything was also very clean and well-kept, which I appreciate. I’m so glad I came and will definitely be returning. I can not wait to come back and try the pulao and noodles!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Babahan Uyghur & Uzbek Cuisine. The food exceeded my expectations in both taste and quality. The traditional Uyghur dishes are prepared with great care and presented beautifully. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing. As soon as you walk in, you feel relaxed and comfortable. The cleanliness is also outstanding—everything from the tables to the presentation is very hygienic and well-organized. Another big plus is that the food is halal, which made the experience even better for me. It’s definitely a place where you can dine with peace of mind. I highly recommend it for its delicious food, cleanliness, and lovely ambiance.

Very cozy place. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife, and they are incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly. It really feels like visiting someone’s home. Everything was very clean and well organized. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted very authentic. We ordered two Guyru Lagman, Atkan tea with bread, and Chuchvara for our son. Everything was prepared perfectly and the portions were great. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back again. ياشا ئۇيغۇرۇم

First time trying Uyghur cuisine, and I was pleasantly surprised. This is a family-owned restaurant run by a couple, and the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience. Samsa (5/5) – Flaky on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. Absolutely loved it. Lamb Skewers (4/5) – We ordered three. The lamb was flavorful and tender. Pearl Noodles (5/5) – Hand-pulled noodles that looked like pasta, with a creamy, spicy, and peppery flavor. The perfect combination and definitely the best dish of the day. Veg Gam Bian Soman (3/5) – Decent, but I would have preferred a bit more flavor. One suggestion would be to expand the protein options or offer meat replacement. Overall, a great first experience with Uyghur food. Would definitely recommend .
